At BetterGamer, your satisfaction comes first. We connect gamers with professional coaches for training, duo games, and educational content, and we want every session to be a great experience. If something isn't right, we offer flexible refunds — we'd always rather make things right than leave you unhappy.

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind every booking made through BetterGamer. Whether a session never started, wasn't completed, or didn't go as expected, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. In most cases this means a full or partial refund, or rescheduling at no extra cost — whichever works best for you.

2. Sessions That Have Not Started

If your coaching session, duo game, or other booked service has not yet started, you are entitled to a full refund. You can cancel before the session begins and we will return the full amount you paid to your original payment method.

3. Sessions That Were Not Completed

If a session was started but not completed — for example, your coach had to leave early, was disconnected, or could not deliver the agreed service in full — you are entitled to a refund for the portion that was not delivered, or a full refund if little or no value was provided. Just let us know what happened and we'll make it right.

4. Partial Refunds for Issues

We understand that sometimes a session is delivered but issues still arise. If you experienced problems such as:

  • Technical difficulties (connection drops, audio or screen-share problems)
  • A coach who arrived late or cut the session short
  • Service that did not match what was booked or promised
  • Any other issue that affected the quality of your experience

…we will review your situation and offer a fair partial refund, credit, or a free follow-up session. We are fully flexible and always aim for the outcome that leaves you happy.

5. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Contact our support team and include:

  • Your account email
  • The booking or order reference
  • A short description of what went wrong

We aim to review every request within 1–2 business days. We may reach out to you or the coach for any additional details needed to resolve your request quickly and fairly.

6. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account. Any partial refunds or credits are applied to your BetterGamer account where applicable.

7. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us first — we're confident we can resolve it faster and more fairly than a formal dispute. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution and may temporarily limit your account while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will not affect refund requests for bookings made before the change.
